Inspired by Chinese baoding balls, Shanghai designer Jiang Qian has created a kinetic charger concept that juices up your batteries while exercising your hands and wrists. The Roll Charger captures kinetic energy from the balls' movement as you rotate them around your hands, converting it to electricity for recharging a single battery within the ball. While likely very slow at being able to charge up a battery, it's a great unobtrusive idea for charging batteries with renewable energy.
