Corporate Network Wi-Fi Troubleshooting for Treo 800w

Corporate Wi-Fi networks are managed by IT departments. This includes Wi-Fi networks at private companies as well as governmental agencies, institutions, and other organizations that require extra security beyond home networks or public HotSpots.

Check the Wi-Fi function on your device

Look for the Wi-Fi icon at the top of your screen. If no icon is present you will need to turn Wi-Fi "on." Here's how:

  1. On your Treo 800w, press Start and select Today.
  2. Press Menu (right action button).
  3. Select Wireless Manager.

Wireless Manager will show the name of the Wi-Fi network to which you are connected (e.g. "Guest"), or to will say "Off." If it says "Off," tap the onscreen Wi-Fi button to turn on the Wi-Fi function.
