JVC adds two new PICSIO GC-WP10 and GC-FM2 in the market

JVC adds two new camera in the market. They are PICSIO pocket cameras, the GC-WP10 and GC-FM2. The good of both camera are capable features Full HD video, excellent low-light performance, a three-inch touch screen for easy operation and playback viewing, and compatibility with Eye-Fi cards for Wi-Fi connectivity. And for the ultimate in versatility, the PICSIO GC-WP10 is waterproof.

Recordable up to 1920 x 1080p/30 fps Full HD video with image stabilization for enjoyment on an HDTV via the camera's HDMI output. There also 4 option recording resolutions:

1. Full HD 1080 (1920 x 1080/30p), 
2. HD 720 (1280 x 720/60p), 
3. iFrame (960 x 540/30p) and 
4. Quarter High Definition (960 x 540/30p).

To store the capturing video and capture, you can use SD/SDHC/SDXC card on its card slot and the slot is optimized for Eye-Fi cards, so files can be quickly uploaded and shared using a wireless network.

Exemode, Japan-based company has announced their latest DV5000UW Waterproof HD camcorder, where it features a 5.17-megapixel CCD censor, a 2.7 LCD monitor, HDMI out, a 32MB of internal memory but equips SDHC Cards (sopport up to 16GB). Measures 48.2×66.9×116.2mm and weighs 220grams, the DV5000UW capable to capture 720p30 HD video and 4000 x 3000 still photos. Samsung Releases 2 New Dualview Camera. ST600 and ST100 (review)

Samsung releases its new Dualview based camera. There are 2 series of this Dualview type, ST600 and ST100. Both are 14.2 Megapixel resolution picture. This dualview camera of samsung has larger front view than its dualview type prevously, it 1.8 inch with LCD. The lens of those product is the same kind, it is from Schnedier with 4.9~24.5mm focus 27mm wide on ST600 while the ST100 added the higher focus up to 6.3mm~31.5mm with 35.1 angle.

Based on size, the 2 dualview variant of ST600 has larger than ST100. It is 4.07"x2.34"x0.78" (WxHxD) while the ST100 is smaller than ST600. But, even have difference with it size, both samsung dualview camera has the same main display size 3.5 inch.

Capabilities of Capturing moving picture. The Dualview Camera Samsung ST600 and ST100 are capable to record movie in high quality sized 1280x720 (30/15fps), ability for standard quality (640x480) and lower quality (320x240) and both are 30/15fps.

Sony NEX-VG10 will be available by the end of 2010

Sony has announced an interchangeable-lens video camera of its own, the NEX-VG10, which will be available by the end of 2010. NEX-VG10 offers manual video controls such as shutter, iris, white balance, and gain, manual still-image controls like full manual, aperture priority, and shutter priority, and manual focus controls, as well as beginner-friendly automatic settings.

Sony NEX-VG10 uses Exmor APS HD CMOS sensor and E-mount lenses. Each purchase will ship with a new optically stabilized 18-200mm F3.5-6.3 zoom lens, and the video camera has a 1.5X focal length multiplier for all E-mount lenses; as such, the kit lens offers a reach of 27mm to 300mm in 35mm film equivalent. In addition to a flip-out 3-inch LCD viewfinder, the NEX-VG10 has an eye-level EVF that swivels vertically, and the camcorder saves footage to a single card slot that accepts both Memory Stick and SDHC/SDXC cards.

The NEX-VG10's availability in September at a price of $2000.

Already available in Europe (UK) and in the USA, Samsung latest compact (12.5×5.8x4cm) and light (269g) camera capable to shoot 1080/60p video is now available in Korea too.
Specifications includes, SDCH Slot, a 8x optical Zoom, H.264, 1/2.33″ BSI(Back Side Illumination) CMOS for a better low light handling, HIS (Hyper Image Stabilization), and the possibility to shoot video at 600fps.

The Samsung HMX-M20 will sell for the price tag of around $665 and will be available in two different color options black and silver.

Hammacher Schlemmer recently launches the first 3D

Hammacher Schlemmer recently launches the first 3D video camcorder available for $599.95. Even the resolution is small but the camera recorder has two lenses for producing the 3D video.Physically it's 31/4" TFT display is flipped in the left side and can be turned about 270 degree.

According to digfutech's source this camcorder videos are recorded in 640 x 480 pixel resolution as AVI files. So, it is not too bad and smart enough for smallsized and slim camcorder. A 4 GB SD card (sold separately) stores up to four hours of video or 2,000 3D still images. The camcorder features a 31/4" TFT display and shows content in 3D with no glasses required. Hammacher's website states that "movies can be viewed on the included media player's 7" screen because it is overlaid with a parallax barrier that displays video in 3D without the need for 3D glasses." However, to view on the media player, content has to be transferred to the player via SD card.

The camcorder can also shoot standard 2D movies and pictures.

Hammacher's 3D Video Camcorder has an MSRP of $599.95 and comes with a USB cable for copying content onto a computer.
